HARRS COMMITMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS
WARRANTY
Harrs Auto Glass is pleased to offer a lifetime warranty against leaks on all fixed auto glass installations. This warranty expires when you sell your vehicle. Limitations, which may void the warranty, include leaks resulting from existing or subsequent rust damage, gasket deterioration, body/structural changes or failure to immediately report a problem. Harrs Auto Glass will respond to any warranty situation promptly; therefor, any water, moisture or other damage to the vehicle is the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Any claim must be reported immediately.
WINDSHIELD REPAIR WARRANTY
Windshield repairs are guaranteed not to spread any further from the initial damaged area. Should the crack begin to spread Harrs Auto Glass will credit the cost of the repair towards the replacement.
In some cases when attempting a windshield repair the chip or crack can become larger, and we are not responsible for such damage.
LIMITED WARRANTY
All other glass parts will be warrantied per manufacturer’s warranty and includes a thirty (30) day warranty on mechanical operation. Truck sliding back glass is warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of installation on the invoice. Electrical parts and repair warrantied for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date installation as shown on the invoice.
GENERAL
In order to exercise your rights under this warranty you must have evidence of installation by Harrs Auto Glass, and we will repair or replace the warrantied products.
NOTICE
Extreme care is taken when we handle your merchandise, but we cannot be responsible for breakage of customer’s own material. (Glass, mirrors, frames, etc.) This also includes the breakage or damage to glass or molding on R & I’s.
